Go to the Tamil Nadu Land Records Portal.

Step 2 - Choose Patta/Chitta Option

Click on "View Patta & FMB / Chitta / TSLR Extract."

Step 3 - Enter Location Details

  • Select your district, taluk, and village.
  • Choose whether the land is rural or urban.

Step 4 - Fill Land Information

Enter survey number and subdivision number carefully.

Step 5 - Submit and Pay Fees

  • Check the details and submit your request.
  • Pay the fee using UPI, net banking, or debit/credit cards.

Step 6 - Download the Document

Once payment is confirmed, download and save your Patta-Chitta document.
